If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your DJ equipment purchases, you may return the item(s) within ten days of the date of purchase, provided the item(s) are unused and in its original condition. To initiate a return, please proceed as follows:

The Customer Support Team will issue you a Return Authorization (RA) number and return instructions.
Once our team has received the returned item(s), they will be inspected to ensure that they meet the return criteria. Following a successful inspection, your refund will be processed.
Cancellations
Contact our Customer Support Team immediately if you wish to cancel your order. If the order has not yet been dispatched, we will be able to accommodate your request; however, if the order has already been shipped, you must follow the above return procedure.
Please note that perishable items and non-returnable items may not be eligible for return or refund. In addition, used, damaged, or missing items may be subject to a partial refund or explicit rejection.
Chargebacks
Audemporium maintains the right to file a lawsuit to recover the money and any fees if a customer starts a chargeback without good cause.
